Practice Research Colloquium

Wednesday 17 July, 1000-1600 at Arnolfini, 4AF014

The third UWE/Bristol Practice Research Colloquium is hosted by the UWE Moving Image Research Group (MIRGe, co-lead by Charlotte Crofts) in partnership with University of Bristol’s Screen Research cluster (co-lead Jacqueline Maingard). Lunch will be provided. We’ll end the event with drinks on the (hopefully) sunny harbourside outside Arnolfini – join us for the drinks if you can’t make the whole day!

Colleagues and PGR students from across the two universities will share their screen media practice research in an informal and supportive setting. We are delighted this year to be joined by Dr Joanna Callaghan, chair of the MeCCSA Practice Network and PI on the AHRC Filmmaking Research Network, to share case studies arising from the network and discussing her own practice research in terms of successful grant capture and REF.

All welcome.

Please circulate to any colleagues you think might be interested.
